All ideas are 1 of 1. Once claimed a concept is permanently unavailable to others. 1 Startup Idea does not guarantee exclusivity of category or market positioning.
Purchase Options
Buy It Now — Full payment at claiming. Domain transfers to the claimer's account within 24 hours. Subscribe To Own — 12 monthly payments. Domain forwarded to the claimer's DNS within 24 hours of first payment. Full transfer upon final payment. Domain may not be sold until fully owned.
Domain Transfers
Domains older than 60 days transfer to any registrar of the claimer's choice. Newer domains are subject to an ICANN hold and will remain with Spaceship.com until eligible — a Spaceship account is required to access the domain during this period.
Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds issued only if a domain transfer fails on 1 Startup Idea's end.
Default
Missed Subscribe To Own payments have a 72 hour cure window. Failure results in forfeiture of all payments made and loss of domain access.
Pricing & Release Window
Each concept launches at an introductory price for 24 hours. Price may increase up to 10x thereafter.
Archive Availability
1 Startup Idea may remove any concept at any time without notice.
Origination
All ideas are original works by 1 Startup Idea. Trademark and legal due diligence is the claimer's responsibility.
General
